How do I set up a new site in Cito?

  • Open Site settings by clicking “Site” in the list in Cito.

  • In the new window click “Add”.

  • Fill in Title, the Url to your Sharepoint site (copy url from web browser is the most efficient way), username and password.

  • Your password will be encrypted and only saved on your PC locally.

How to edit a registered site in Cito?

  • Open site settings by clicking on “Site” in the list in Cito.

  • Choose the site you want to edit by clicking on it and click “Edit”.

  • Edit the Url to your Sharepoint site, user name or password.

  • Your password will be encrypted and only saved on your PC locally.

How to remove a registered site in Cito?

  • Open site settings by clicking on “Site” in the list in Cito.

  • Choose the site you want to remove by clicking on it and click “Remove”.

  • Click “Yes” to confirm the removal of the site.

How to register a trial

When you installed Cito a window will open when starting Outlook.

  • Fill in your Name, Email and Company.

  • Press “Register”

  • You will now have an 30-day trial license.

How to register a purchased license

If you have a license when you open Outlook for the first time after installing Cito a window will open.

  • Press button  “I have a license”

  • Fill in your Name, Email, Company and License code.

  • Press “Register”.

  • Your Cito license will now be registered.

If you have a Trial version that has expired you will be notified when starting Outlook.

  • In the Window click the button “I have a License”.

  • Fill in your Name, Email, Company and license code.

  • Press “Register”.

  • Your Cito license will now be registered.

If you have a Trial version that has not expired yet and you got a purchased license and want to register the license.

  • Click on “Help” button in the list in Cito and choose “License”.

  • In the Window click the button “I have a license”.

  • Fill in your Name, Email, Company and License code.

  • Press “Register”.

  • Your Cito license will now be registered.

If your trial license has expired and you got a purchased license and want to register the license.

  • Click on “Help” button in the list in Cito and choose “License”.

  • In the window click “I have a license”.

  • Fill in your Name, Email, Company and License code.

  • Press “Register”.

  • Your Cito license will now be registered.

How do I know if I have the latest version of Cito?

  • Click on “Help” button in the list in Cito and choose “Check for Updates”.

  • You will get a response if you have the latest version or not.

  • If you do not have the latest version you will have the option to be redirected to our site to download the latest version.

How to report a problem with Cito?

Click on “Help” button in the list in Cito and chose “Send feedback” and “Report problem”.

  • You will be redirected to our site to report your problem.

How to report an improvement that I miss in Cito

  • Click on “Help” button in the list in Cito and choose “Send feedback” or “Provide Suggestion”.

  • You will be redirected to our site to provide your suggestion.

How to drag and drop from an email

You can either drag and drop an email or just an single attached file to Cito and Sharepoint.

  • Navigate to the folder in Cito where you want to drop the email or the attached file to.

  • When you located the folder, drag the email or the file and drop it in Cito.

How to attach a file in a new mail?

  • Click create a new email.

  • Cito will occur to the right in the new email window.

  • Navigate to the folder in Cito where the file you want to attach is located.

  • Drag the file to the new email and drop it.

  • The file is now attached to the email.

How to delete a file in Sharepoint?

  • Navigate in Cito to the folder where the file that you want to delete are located.

  • Right click on file and select “Delete”.
